Sustainability

At Razzle + Rose we believe that, as a business, it's vital that we operate in a responsible and sustainable way to help protect our planet.

 

As a new brand, we're at the beginning of our sustainability journey. All journeys start with small steps but we are committed to limiting our impact on the environment, without compromising on design or quality.

 

How are we working to make our business more environmentally friendly?

OUR PACKAGING

When sourcing our packaging materials we try to choose eco-friendly solutions, whilst keeping our retail prices low.

💗 The vast majority of our packaging can be recycled with household waste, including our parcel boxes, tissue paper, card inserts and jewellery boxes (the foam insert is unfortunately not able to be recycled but we're working on a solution for this!)

💗  Our tissue paper, shipping labels, jewellery cards and card inserts are all FSC certified, which means these come from responsibly managed, FSC certified forests.  

💗  We do not use plastic mailers, opting instead for eco-friendly, biodegradable, cardboard packaging boxes. 

💗  Our packaging is designed to be re-used so, when you're finished with them, we encourage you to consider re-purposing your jewellery box, pouch and ribbon - why not use it to wrap a birthday gift? 🎁

OUR JEWELLERY

💗  Where possible we use recycled metals in our jewellery. Once your piece has come to the end of it's life, we recommend recycling it through an organisation like Recycling for Good Causes. 

 

OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

 💗  When curating our collections, we do source internationally to ensure we're offering you the best variety of high quality jewellery, however many of our pieces are hand crafted in our studio in Essex. This helps to lower the air miles and the carbon footprint that comes with them!  

 

COMMUNITY

 💗  As a start up, we're not currently in a position to provide charitable donations, but we hope that will be something we're able to do in the future!
