Arranging a Return or Exchange

Email us at returns@razzleandrose.com within 14 days of receiving your order with order number and item details. We'll provide you with a return address and you'll just need to send the item back to us within another 14 days.

Just a few important things to note:

💗 If you'd prefer a different size or colour, we offer an exchange option on unused jewellery. If the piece is sold out, you can choose a different one of the same value

💗 Items returned must be unused and in original packaging

💗 Earrings cannot be returned due hygiene and safety reasons

💗 Refunds do not apply to the following: sale items, gift packaging, personalised jewellery, items that appear damaged or show signs of wear and tear

💗 We're unable to accept return or exchange requests outside of the 14 day window from receiving your order

Unfortunately, as a small business, we're not currently able to refund postage costs or cover the cost of returns / exchanges, unless defective. We recommend using a tracked and signed postal service to ensure the parcel arrives to us safely. We can only process your refund / exchange once we have received the item and cannot be held liable for missing or damaged parcels.

Faulty Items

We're so sorry this has happened! All pieces are personally checked before sending out to you, however in the unlikely event there is a problem, please email us with your order number, item name and details / photos / video of the defect or fault. Once agreed, we will offer you a refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please check our return/refund/exchange policy here.
