πŸ’— To prolong the life of your precious jewellery we recommend avoiding water, humidity, perfumes, oils and cosmetics, all of which can compromise the plating over time. Please follow ourΒ Care Guide for tips on how to look after your jewellery.

3. Once we receive the item and verify the manufacturing fault, we will promptly issue an exchange or store credit.

-Β  Razzle + Rose reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by us.Β

JEWELLERY MATERIALS

We use delicate materials, over time jewellery can fade naturally due to multiple factors including general wear and tear,Β exposure to moisture, chemicals and air. This is not considered a manufacturing fault.

πŸ’—Β  Stainless Steel Jewellery

Some of our jewellery has a base metal of Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel is resilient to water so it will not tarnish or rust and is water resistant. However, over time the plating can begin to go dull and lose its colour. Follow our jewellery care tips to keep your jewellery looking as good as new for as long as possible.

πŸ’—Β  Sterling SilverΒ Jewellery

Sterling Silver Gold plated jewellery can lastΒ aroundΒ two yearsΒ before the gold plating begins to tarnish and wear down. However, ifΒ you follow our jewellery care tips,Β the length of time can be much longer.

πŸ’—Β  BrassΒ Jewellery

Some of our jewellery has a base metal of brass and are then plated in 18k Gold. These pieces, with the right care, can still last a long time. Ensure you remove before showering/swimming and avoid contact with perfumes and creams. Follow our jewellery care tips for best results.

πŸ’—Β  Have your Earrings lost their click?

Due to their delicate nature, over time, earring closures can become loose and you won't hear that satisfying 'click'. If that is the case, it’s time for an adjustment, here's an easy way you can solve the problem.

Take the earring in the open position and gently use your thumb to push up very slightly on the earring post - be gentle! You will find that the earring will close again with a tighter β€œclick.” If you find that you cannot get the earring to close, you may have pushed the earring post up too much. Try moving it a little downwards and try again. This small adjustment, from time to time, will keep your earrings tight and working like new. If you encounter any issues just drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.
