SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

At Razzle + Rose, great quality is a must and we’re confident our pieces will last! We’re pleased to offer a 100 day warranty guarantee on all purchases. This covers any manufacturing faults that may cause the jewellery to break or become defective.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

πŸ’— For a period of 100 days from the date of purchase, if your jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing fault, we will gladly offer a repair, replacement or store credit for original purchase price, if the item is no longer in stock

πŸ’— To prolong the life of your precious jewellery we recommend avoiding water, humidity, perfumes, oils and cosmetics, all of which can compromise the plating over time. Make sure you follow our Care Guide for tips on how to look after your jewellery

πŸ’— Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or misuse of the jewellery

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within the 100 day warranty period, providing your order confirmation email along with a description of the fault or breakage and any supporting photos or videos
2. We will then guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions on returning the item if required
3. Once we receive the item and verify the manufacturing fault, we will promptly issue an exchange or store credit

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

-Β  Warranty is only valid for original purchaser and is non-transferrable

-Β  Razzle + Rose reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by us

JEWELLERY MATERIALS

We use delicate materials. Β Over time, jewellery can fade naturally due to multiple factors including general wear and tear, exposure to moisture, chemicals and air. This is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Follow our jewellery care tips to keep your jewellery looking as good as new for as long as possible.

Β

πŸ’—Β  Stainless Steel Jewellery

Some of our jewellery has a base metal of Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel is resilient to water so it will not tarnish or rust and is water resistant. However, over time the plating can begin to go dull and lose its colour.

πŸ’—Β  Sterling Silver Jewellery & Gold Vermeil

Gold plated Sterling Silver jewellery can last up to two yearsΒ before the gold plating begins to tarnish and wear down. However, if you follow ourΒ jewellery care tips the length of time can be much longer!

πŸ’—Β  BrassΒ Jewellery

Some of our jewellery has a base metal of brass and is then plated in 18k Gold. These pieces, with the right care, can still last a long time. Ensure you remove before showering/swimming and avoid contact with perfumes and creams.Β

πŸ’—Β  Have your earrings lost their click?Β

Due to their delicate nature, over time, earring closures can become loose and you won't hear that satisfying 'click'. If that is the case, it’s time for an adjustment, here's an easy way you can solve the problem.

Take the earring in the open position and gently use your thumb to push up very slightly on the earring post - be gentle! You will find that the earring will close again with a tighter β€œclick.” If you find that you cannot get the earring to close, you may have pushed the earring post up too much. Try moving it a little downwards and try again. This small adjustment, from time to time, will keep your earrings tight and working like new. If you encounter any issues just drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.
