What to Expect at Our Charm Party

On arrival..

You’ll be welcomed with some sweet treats while you settle in with your girls.

First, Sarah will guide you through how to design and make your custom charm jewellery.

Choose your base

Select either a necklace or bracelet, from a selection of gold and silver chain styles.

Decide on the length of your piece - we can adjust the chains to make sure it fits you perfectly.

We'll all make our jewellery together, at your own pace. Take your time and make sure it’s perfect!

We'll check everything is securely attached and evenly spaced.

I'll be there to help..

with one-on-one support throughout to assemble and finish your jewellery, so everything looks polished and professional.

We'll then finish with a final photo opportunity and everything will be packed away with your space left exactly as it was.

FAQ's

The Charm Party is a smaller group experience where guests will design and make their own piece from start to finish, with our guidance along the way. Perfect if you want a fun, creative activity to enjoy for a special occasion (or just because!)

The Charm Bar is our effortless option! Guests choose their chain and charms, and we assemble the piece for them. it's ideal if you'd rather relax and let us do the work, or if you're hosting a larger event like a wedding reception where guests drop in throughout.

We are a fully mobile experience and can travel directly to your Airbnb, apartment, house or accommodation anywhere in the UK

All you need to provide is the venue, a table and chairs - everything else is taken care of so you and your guests can focus on having fun!

Your charm party will last around 2 hours in total (2.5 hours for the deluxe package), including demonstration, making time and of course, plenty of photos!

Once your event date and location are confirmed, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date

This is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before your event if for any reason you need to cancel. you'll then have until 2 weeks before the event to pay the balance

Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and your chosen date is reserved for your group

If cancellation is received within 4 weeks of the event, unfortunately the deposit becomes non-refundable but you're welcome to reschedule to a different date

We only run the charm experiences on weekends, so it's best to book early to secure your preferred date

We are based near Bishop's Stortford, on the Hertfordshire/Essex border, but we can travel to wherever your location is within the UK

Our package prices include travel within a 20 mile radius of CM22 (travel required outside of this area will incur a travel fee)

Our Charm Parties are accessible for all ages - perfect for adults, teens and older children

Any guests under the age of 8 will need to be supervised by an adult due to the tools and small parts involved

Omg YES! Feel free to take as many photos as you like, and I’ll be ready and waiting to take as many photos as you would like -just think of me as your instagram boyfriend (just with longer hair)

Yes - any additional charms or jewellery pieces can be paid for on the day by cash or card - we’ll explain everything during your welcome chat
