what to expect

you’ll be welcomed with some sweet treats while you settle in with your girls

first, Sarah will guide you through how to design and make your custom charm jewellery

FAQ's

we are fully mobile - I bring the full Charm Bar experience to you

all you need to provide is the venue, a table and chairs. everything else is taken care of so you and your guests can focus on having fun!

your charm bar experience will last around 2 hours in total (2.5 hours for the deluxe package), including demonstration, making time and of course, plenty of photos!

once your event date and location are confirmed, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date

this is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before your event if for any reason you need to cancel. you'll then have until 2 weeks before the event to pay the balance

if cancellation is received within 4 weeks of the event, unfortunately the deposit becomes non-refundable but you're welcome to reschedule to a different date

we only run the charm bar experiences on weekends, so it's best to book early to secure your preferred date

we are based near Bishop's Stortford, on the Hertfordshire/Essex border

travel within a 20 mile radius of CM22 is included. we can travel outside of this and a travel fee will apply

our charm experience is accessible for all ages - perfect for adults, teens and older children

any guests under the age of 8 will need to be supervised by an adult due to the tools and small parts involved

omg YES! feel free to take as many photos as you like, and I’ll be ready and waiting to take as many photos as you would like -just think of me as your instagram boyfriend (just with longer hair)

yes - any additional charms or jewellery pieces can be paid for on the day by cash or card - we’ll explain everything during your welcome chat

LOVE that! the joy of the charm bar is that it can be personalised to your event or theme

our chains are 100% tarnish free, hypoallergenic and durable, designed to never rust or discolour

our charms are a mix of stainless steel and brass
